Kristen Hosman
As the founder of Mount Evans Consulting, Kristen Hosman is dedicated to helping small businesses build accounting systems that fit their needs seamlessly. With over 20 years of experience in accounting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Dynamics, she combines deep financial expertise with technology to drive efficiency and success for her clients.
A seasoned accountant with a diverse background, Kristen brings hands-on experience in accounting operations and ERP implementations. She is deeply engaged in the Microsoft Dynamics community, frequently sharing her insights through speaking engagements, open forums, and industry events.
Kristen serves on the advisory committee for the Dynamics User Group (DUG) and has been recognized as a five-time Microsoft MVP, an honor awarded to top technology experts who contribute to the community. Her leadership and expertise have earned her multiple accolades, including four GPUG All-Star nominations, the Granite Award, and a Dynamics 365 All-Star Award nomination. As a Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, Kristen excels in solving complex ERP challenges and guiding businesses through successful system transformations.
Based in Colorado, Kristen balances her professional achievements with family life, enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Adam, and their two sons.

Crystal Bailey
Crystal is a Dynamics 365 Business Central consultant. While she has spent the past several years as a stay-at-home mom raising her 4 children, she previously worked in the accounting department for Boeing. While with Boeing she worked on their accounting system implementation team. Outside of working hours you’ll likely find her doing anything and everything outdoors. She loves hiking, mountain biking, road biking, Jeeping, skiing, and backpacking. Her favorite local trail is Argentine Pass and one of her all-time favorite trails is Fins and Things in Moab, Utah.
Reesha Curtis
A former MEC client, Reesha Curtis joins the team at Mount Evans with deep experience in all aspects of small business management. She’s been an end user of Business Central for everything from AP/AR to sales, purchasing, and vendor relations.
Now at MEC, Reesha focuses on channel development and customer success—building strong partner relationships, expanding MEC’s reach, and ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way. With a background in education, she excels at guiding and empowering others, helping Business Central users grow from newbie to confident expert.
Reesha brings curiosity and authenticity to her work, never afraid to say “I don’t know” because it means an opportunity to learn and share new knowledge.
